This substrate is\u003cbr\u003e\nnot recommended for burrowing species as it does not form burrows\u003cbr\u003e\neasily - for these species use Spider Life Substrate. Spot-clean\u003cbr\u003e\nregularly and change completely every 4 weeks, or sooner if\u003cbr\u003e\nrequired. For use as an incubation medium place a thick layer of\u003cbr\u003e\nmoistened Vermiculite in the incubation box. A moisture ratio of\u003cbr\u003e\n2:1 Vermiculite to water by weight is suitable for many species but\u003cbr\u003e\nsome species have different requirements. Carefully place the eggs\u003cbr\u003e\nin the Vermiculite with the top third of the egg exposed.When\u003cbr\u003e\nmoving the eggs from the egg laying site to the Vermiculite take\u003cbr\u003e\ncare to keep them the same way up. If possible ensure that the eggs\u003cbr\u003e\ndo not touch each other during incubation.
