4. 12-Month Rebate Program
4.1 Overview
Certain eligible products qualify for a rebate after twelve (12) consecutive months from the original purchase date, subject to compliance with the terms outlined below.
The rebate program is a promotional offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time for future purchases.
4.2 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the rebate, customers must:
Purchase an eligible product clearly marked as “Rebate Eligible.” or with "Rebate Fee."
Maintain active ownership of the product for a full 12-month period.
Not return, exchange, or request a chargeback for the product.
Submit a rebate claim within [30–60] days following the 12-month anniversary.
Provide proof of purchase and any required documentation.
Failure to meet all requirements will result in rebate denial.
4.3 Claim Submission Process

Any additional documentation requested
Incomplete submissions may be denied.
4.4 Rebate Amount
The rebate amount will be:
Up to 30% of purchase price
Issued as: digital payment
Rebates are:
Non-transferable
Limited to one rebate per qualifying purchase
Not redeemable for cash unless required by law
4.5 Processing Time
Approved rebate claims will be processed within [30–90] days after approval.
We are not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions
Technical issues preventing submission
4.6 Disqualification
We reserve the right to deny rebates if:
Fraud, abuse, or manipulation is suspected
